Shipment

VINOVUM Weinhandel OG ("VINOVUM") delivers your order directly and quickly to your desired address.

Parcel delivery (shipping countries, shipping costs and delivery times)

The wines and products available and orderable in the online shop are handed over within 72 hours (Monday to Friday) to one of VINOVUM's logistics partners (Österreichische Post, DPD Weinlogistik, Gebrüder Weiss).

The shipment of goods by VINOVUM is limited to the following countries. Please refer to the following table for delivery times from goods ex VINOVUM.

The delivery of the goods by the logistics partner to the recipient takes place during one day from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday (except holidays), delivery in the evening hours is not possible. In exceptional cases there may be delays due to increased parcel volumes (e.g. during the pre-Christmas period).

Please also refer to the table below for the indicated shipping costs. These apply ex warehouse VINOVUM without deduction. Shipping to parcel stations in Germany (DHL) is possible. Please enter the data in the form fields under invoice address and/or delivery address.

Packing

The wines are shipped in approved wine logistics cartons. All shipments are insured against breakage or theft up to a value of EUR 510.00 without additional payment by the customer.

Payment & methods of payment

All prices are quoted inclusive of the respective statutory value added tax. The prices refer only to the goods themselves and do not include shipping costs. Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal or bank transfer (up to order value of EUR 999,00).

Payment by credit card

Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

The processing of credit card payments is carried out in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe") to which the Provider assigns its payment claim. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. collects the invoice amount from the customer's credit card account. In the event of assignment, payment can only be made to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. with discharging effect. The debit of the credit card takes place immediately after dispatch of the customer order in the online shop. Even if the payment method credit card payment via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. is selected, the provider remains responsible for general customer enquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, declarations of revocation and returns or credit notes.

Payment with Apple Pay

Payment with Apple Pay is processed in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe") to which the Provider assigns its payment claim. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. collects the invoice amount from the customer's credit card account. In the event of assignment, payment can only be made to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. with discharging effect. The debit of the credit card takes place immediately after dispatch of the customer order in the online shop. Even if the payment method credit card payment via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. is selected, the provider remains responsible for general customer enquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, dispatch, returns, complaints, declarations of revocation and returns or credit notes.

Payment with PayPal

For payments with Paypal a Paypal account is required. You pay directly via the PayPal account and no payment or bank information will be given to VINOVUM Weinhandel OG. The debit is made directly from the PayPal account and will be refunded in case of a return directly to the PayPal account. The dispatch takes place after successful payment confirmation.

Purchase on account

Purchase on account is also possible, payments are made to the account of VINOVUM Weinhandel OG at Raiffeisenkasse Kuchl, IBAN AT423502900000075556, BIC RVSAAT2S029. In case of payment on account, the purchase price is due within 14 days after receipt of invoice.
