If one or more bottles should have broken during your delivery, please inform us immediately. After sending this form, you will receive a reply from us within a short time with information on how to proceed.

Please fill in the error description in detail and send it to us. We also ask you to take photos of the outer packaging, the inner packaging and the damaged bottles. In case of an inspection, we ask you to keep the damaged goods and packaging until we confirm that the goods are no longer needed.
