Over 80 producers will be showcasing more than 500 wines this weekend in the Piazza of Greve in Chianti. Throughout the weekend, you can book guided tastings (email ahead of time to reserve!), check out art exhibitions, listen to live music, and enjoy some local street food.

Where can I buy glasses?

This year, the ticket office is located at the entrance to the Piazza on Via Battisti.

On event days, you can grab a glass with a carrying bag for €15 at the ticket office. You'll also get a tasting booklet, which has 7 tokens for tastings on the last page. You can use up to 4 of these tokens at the producers' stands.

For tastings at the Consortium's pavilion, you can use up to 7 tokens. For tasting Chianti Classico Riserva, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, and Vinsanto del Chianti Classico wines, you'll need 2 tokens each.

Once you've used them all up, you can buy more for an extra €15.

At the Chianti Classico Consortium Pavilion, you'll get the chance to taste even more wines from the world of the Black Rooster, served by FISAR sommeliers.

How can I join the guided tastings?

You need to book guided tastings in advance by emailing expochianticlassico@gmail.com. Make sure to include the participant's first name, last name, and phone number.

Please check in at the reception desk at least 30 minutes before the tasting starts and pay in cash.

Where can I eat during the event?

Everywhere! Both in the Piazza and at the many restaurants and wine bars in town, plus at the stands in Piazza Terra Madre.
