The festival previously known as “Pentecoste a Castellina” is getting a new name and an expanded concept: “Bevo Castellina,” which means “I drink Castellina.”
In the picturesque Via delle Volte, right in the heart of Castellina in Chianti, the "Viticoltori di Castellina" winemakers' association invites you to a special wine experience on June 7 and 8, 2025.
Saturday, June 7, 2025: Winemakers' Evening
6:00 PM to 10:00 PM | Via delle Volte
A chance to taste amazing wines and historic vintages of Chianti Classico Riserva and Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, some of which you can't even find in stores anymore!
Local specialties prepared by amazing local chefs and producers.
Enjoy live music from the duo Statt'Zitt – Gennaro Scarpato and Meme Lucarelli.

Wine tasting featuring 38 producers from Castellina in Chianti, all set up along Via delle Volte, following the sub-areas described in Armando Castagno's book about Castellina.
When you buy a wine glass (and yes, you get to keep it!), the world of Chianti Classico, Riserva, Gran Selezione – and tons of other wines – opens up to you. Just try them all, chat with the winemakers, discover new favorites, and have a great time!
The best part is: If it rains, you're well protected, and if it's hot, a pleasant breeze blows through the historic walls.
